Refund policy

 

At Team Green Innovations Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience through our 15-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.

1. 15-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of product delivery for any reason and may be eligible for a full refund, subject to compliance with the conditions set out below.

In the event of any transit damage, missing items, or physical damage noticed upon delivery or immediately after opening the package, the customer must notify Team Green Innovations Private Limited through the official support channels within 48 hours from the date and time of delivery. Claims received after 48 hours shall not be eligible for consideration. 

2. Return Procedure

Upon approval of the return request, the customer shall return the product to the address communicated by Team Green Innovations Private Limited within 10–15 calendar days from the date of approval. The product must be returned in accordance with the conditions specified under this Policy. Failure to return the product within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of the approved return or refund request.

3. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, along with the complete original packaging, including:

    • Original product box

    • User manual

    • Accessories (if any)

    • Any other items supplied with the product

If the product is returned without the original packaging or any of the accessories, manuals, or other contents originally supplied with the product, Team Green Innovations Private Limited reserves the right to deduct up to 15% of the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the concerned product. The quantum of such deduction shall be determined based on the Company's inspection and assessment of the returned product and the missing items.

4. Non-Eligible Returns

The 15-Day Return Policy shall not apply if:

  • The product has suffered liquid ingress from exposure to water or any other liquids.

  • The product has sustained physical damage, misuse, abuse, tampering, negligence, improper installation, or improper handling by the customer.

  • The returned product is incomplete or is not accompanied by its original packaging and supplied contents.

5. Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products are subject to inspection and verification by Team Green Innovations Private Limited. The Company shall determine the customer's eligibility for a return or refund only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and verified. The outcome of the inspection will be communicated within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

6. Refund Process

Upon approval of the return following inspection, the refund process shall be initiated within 7 business days from the date of approval.

The time required for the refund to be credited to the customer's original payment method shall depend upon the processing timelines of the respective bank, payment gateway, or financial institution, over which the Company has no control.

7. Damage After Delivery

Team Green Innovations Private Limited shall not be responsible for any damage occurring after delivery due to customer handling, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, external factors, or failure to recharge, maintain, or use the product in accordance with the instructions provided by the Company.

8. General

Team Green Innovations Private Limited reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with this Policy. The Company's decision regarding the eligibility of any return or refund request shall be final and binding. The Company further reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Policy shall be available on the Company's official website.
