1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by logging into your GOODAIR account.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All Indian states
Please note: international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Changes & Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. GOODAIR is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address, contact us at support@goodair.in within 5 hours of placing your order — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
GOODAIR is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

6. Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, GOODAIR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
